Splitwise is looking to hire our first full-time customer experience team member in Providence. At Splitwise, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the way we interact with our users and to learn the basics of product management.
Customer experience is a core value at Splitwise. We practice “all-hands support,” meaning that every employee rotates through doing user support each week, from software engineers to the CEO. Frequently interacting with customers helps us to solve product issues more quickly, and ensures that everyone on the Splitwise team can hear the voice of the customer. As a dedicated support person, you'll work with the whole team and help improve Splitwise for millions of users around the world.
This job reports to the CEO, Jon. You’ll work alongside the entire team as they rotate through their support shifts, and also collaborate with a product manager to plan new Splitwise updates that help our users. We're currently a small team of just 8 people – you can make a huge difference.
